In order to guarantee a calm atmosphere in our SPA, guests younger than 16 are not allowed unless a specific permission is granted. We do not allow pregnant women to use our spa facilities for safety reasons. At the arrival at our facilities you will have a personal locker and a towel. Nevertheless we recommend bringing along your personal towel. It is compulsory to wear a swimsuit in the areas outside the sauna.
We offer:- Jacuzzi: Ideal to alleviate stress and muscle tension.
- Sauna: It helps to eliminate toxins, regulates the circulatory system and relaxes muscle tension.
- Turkish Steam Bath: It has similar effects as the sauna, but additionally it offers humidity levels of 60% which is beneficial to the skin and the respiratory system.
- "Plunge" Cold Water Pool 14º C: It helps to strengthen your body after every sauna or steam bath session. Beneficial for improving circulatory problems.
- Scottish shower: Alternating jets of hot and cold water. Beneficial for improving the circulatory and nervous system.
- Bio-thermal showers: Differs from the Scottish showers in the frequency hot and cold water jets alternate.
- Relaxation lounge: Enjoy our relaxation lounge with herbal tea and soothing music.
We kindly request you to inform us about health conditions such as alteration of arterial pressure, varicose veins, heart problems, fever, infections or pregnancy. It is strictly forbidden to bring along alcoholic beverages to the Spa area.
